Looking for some advice all. Tried to just upload file to this group but could not figure out how so I labeled it "testing do not use yet" so people would know on the main board download.

I'm trying to do a 1 to 5 step schedule that is flexiable. Right now it is focused on a nightime routine.

There is a hidden button on the board Schedule Night Time in the upper right hand corner. Click the moon. It takes you to the Schedule Night Time admin page. Click the Clear Steps button. Click a blue number starting with one and then a picture. Do the same for each step in the schedule. After desired steps have been made click Go To Schedule button.

What I am trying to do is have a flexiable schedule here. On the Schedule Board once you select the next step it moves the button to the all done column and makes the button non selectable. I'm looking for ideas to improve this board. Here is what I think is needed.

Add a macro that checks the step and prompts student if a step is performed out of sequence.

Possibly change border color to red or add a picture of "X" over the other after step is completed. Changing to red will be a lot easier I think.

I'm hoping when finished that to modify the board to fit other schedule needs a user will only have to add a symbol and text to a button on the admin page, and then define that variable in the 5 macros on the actual schedule page (set button step 1....5).

Your thoughts and ideas for improvement are appreciated.
