Wh questions for the book St. Patrick's Day by Anne Rockwell. With the organizer I teach who tells a person, what tells a thing, where tells a place, when tells the time, and why tells the reason. We use a DO-A- DOT marker to "select" the answers. For children just learning to ans wh questions I read the choices, for more advanced children I do not read the two choices but have them as visual cues, and for the even higher level children I fold the paper over or use the form with no answers.
