Description:

The student uses these customized cards to transition to classes throughout the school. The thought is that having a transition object that one can take to the class with them, place on velcro in the room, remove from the velcro when leaving the class, take back to schedule and put in finished pocket. This activity was customized for a student who loves My Little Pony.
