These Social Studies, Geography and History activities were created by Sheryl Hazelbaker, MA, with the Oklahoma Assistive Technology Center, University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, Department of Rehabilitation Sciences, in Cooperation with the Oklahoma State Department of Education, Special Education Services. In this activity have the students place the laminated states on the laminated map of “the States that border Oklahoma” . Directions: Print off States and the map Glue the map onto the inside of a folder Laminate both the puzzle pieces and the folder with the map glued on Cut each State on the answer sheet apart and place scratchy side of Velcro on back Place soft side of Velcro in each State on the map
