Description:

This is a package of boards that asks 5 beginning personal information questions. It provides the student with picture prompts to select to answer each question (computer keyboard will work also if the student is learning to spell). At the end of each answer, if the student selects the new line button, the next sentence will be written directly below the previous one. The sentences can easily be adapted for each student's personal information or new questions could be added. The final page is a data page that allows you to print out the information the student has typed. It automatically puts in the current date. From that page, the student cann go to a reward page and select a video from a choice of two.
